The European Union Programmes Agency is happy to announce 9th Edition of the European Youth Week!

Let’s join our forces and celebrate the 2019 European Youth Week from 29th April to 5th May together!

The theme of this year is ”Democracy and me”.

We are looking for organisations and young people to organise events to discuss involvement of young people in the decision-making process through both formal democracy and democracy by ”doing”.

The format of events can vary from high-level political discussions, speed-dating with decision-makers or simulation games on democracy to fairs, ocmpetitions, debates, networking events, exhibitions, cultural events.

Organisations which are currently hosting volunteers under the Erasmus+ Volunteering Projects are requested to encourage and engage their volunteers to prepare activity/activities for the upcoming European Youth Week.

Interested organisations and young people can submit their activity proposals by Friday, 15th February 2019.
